Scholarships through ptk.org
Phi Theta Kappa has two common applications, one during the fall semester and one during the spring semester. The application process allows members to apply for multiple scholarships with just one application. When you begin each online application, you will first be required to take an eligibility quiz found on my.ptk.org. The quiz will help you determine your eligibility for the scholarships that are available each semester.
Scholarships administered during the fall semester are for use by students who are almost finished with their associate degree coursework and intend to enter the workforce or intend to transfer to an accredited four-year college to complete a bachelor degree for the following upcoming academic year. Scholarships through four-year colleges & universities
As members of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, you have proven that you are able to excel in an academic environment. In addition, research shows that students who transfer from community colleges tend to perform better academically at four-year institutions. As a result, four-year colleges and universities offer over $37 million in transfer scholarships for Phi Theta Kappa members. Scholarship amounts and requirements vary between each institution. Information about each scholarship can be accessed through the websites of each four-year institution, by contacting each college‘s admissions office, or by browsing the connect.ptk.org database.
