'Innovation and Replication' -- PTK Course Spring 2017
The PTK course is offered to 18 Bergen Community College students every semester. The course focuses on an aspect of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Study topic, 'How the World Works: Global Perspective'. This semester, we will focus on the theme of 'Innovation and Replication' and explore how we either replicate ideas or create new ones that have an impact on the way the world works. This is a 1-credit Spring 2 class that will take place on Fridays from 11:30 a.m. - 1:05 p.m. starting on 2/10/2017. It will be conducted by the Vice President of Academic Affairs, Dr. William Mullaney. The workload will include weekly reading and writing assignments as well as a research project and group presentations.
Students who are selected to participate receive a scholarship and can enroll in this class free of charge.
Space is limited and priority will be given to students who have not participated in previous PTK courses. Students must have a 3.4 GPA to participate. To sign up please complete the application below by Wednesday 2/1/17. For any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
