Help those in need during the holiday season! The Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society invites you to volunteer for the Thanksgiving Day Event. Responsibilities include setting up, cleaning, cooking, and serving. All volunteers will be assigned different shifts and positions.
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
All volunteers are required to attend at least 2 meetings prior to the event.

Bring lunch, snacks, and a bottle of water(s)
Wear comfortable shoes and clothes that can get dirty. Everyone is required to bring their own apron and baseball cap (unless you don’t mind wearing a hairnet). It is recommended to bring an extra change of clothes just in case.
Volunteers can park their vehicles in the church’s parking lot (behind the church) or in the police station’s parking lot.
Attached is the Insurance/Accident waiver. Please, download, fill out and then take a picture/scan it and send to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not have insurance, write None. If you are under 18, a signature of a parent/guardian is required.
Will you require transportation there? If not, you can meet us at the event at your designated time. Additional driving instructions will be emailed in the final reminder email. If available, we are also asking anyone who can give rides to others to let us know how many extra seats are available.
